This entry level cartridge design should employ the attached document for loading, priming, installation and use.

The vacuum technique we describe is actually a ONE TIME loading event, NOT TO BE REPEATED on subsequent refillings. The cartridges can be refilled inside the printer without removal on future refillings, except in a run dry situation.

If a run dry situation ever occurs or is suspected, the cartridge should be removed and refilled using "gravity refilling methods".

The Gravity filling instructions can be used on ALL entry level cartridge designs new OR old. So it is good to know this procedure as well as it is employed on previously used cartridges and older models of Epson printer cartridges. The Gravity Fill procedure can also be used instead of the vacuum fill procedure even at startup.
