Referrals, Testimonials and Feedback from InkJetCarts Customers.

InkJetCarts not only has a great product, but amazing support for the product. Ross was incredibly patient, and walked me through the steps of understanding the process, and now I have NO problems printing. His knowledge of how the printers work was quite impressive. Being very concerned about the environment, I feel really good that I’m not wasting plastic cartridges anymore. I would highly recommend to ANYONE - even with 2 left hands: once you understand the process you can do it, save money, and save the environment. No, I’m not getting any money from my testimonial, and you can email me to verify that!

Christine & Ross, I just received a Canon MP980 MP990 Refillable Carts set with the ink set. I have been ordering ink for my Epson C120 for a couple of years, so that I am familiar with the ink bottles and lids for that set of inks. If indeed, you are shifting over to the (different to the Epson set) bottles and lids that came with the Canon inks, excellent. Much less ink coming over the "lip" of the bottle. Makes it much easier (less messy) when refilling the carts.
Thank You!! Michael Blanton

Hi Ross:
Wanted to let you know that my wife and I moved to Alabama in December. I got me a shop set up down here now and hopefully will be getting some new business. I participate in the T-shirt Forum and you’re gettin a lot of good press over there. I made a positive remark about you and your service and here is the reply I got. Thought you might like to see it. Thanks Larry Bratton ![]() 3/15/10
Hi,
I just received a small test batch of inks to use in a Epson 3800. Wow. There is no difference between the original Epson or your inks. And the postage to Australia was damn quick!
Keep up the good work.
cheers

Hi Ross
I’ve just printed my first t-shirt with the new inks.... It is just great, even after heatpressing
Thank you Ross
If you could advice me on how i could avoid head clogging it wld be great, coz actually i mainly use vinyl transfer for my dark t-shirts so sometimes i dont use my printer for a long time. I thought i cld print the purge4 file every now and then, but how ofen? 3 days, 4 days??
Also is it better to turn high speed on when printing or off? which one will produce better prints?
Thanks Ross
Have a nice day Rasha

Ross,
Just thought I would drop you a note letting you know that once I pressed the transfers, the black is jet black. Really weird how it looks a light charcoal before pressing. All is good.
Thanks for everything,
Peace, Vic 2/03/10

Returned a short time ago with new WF 610 purchased at $52.99.
I was operating our existing WF610 using the OEM Carts it was furnished with so the ink wouldn’t go to waste.
Just converted it to the IJC Damper System in about 5 minutes.
We have a MAC and a Mac driver of course.
Ran a "Nozzle Check" from Epson’s WF610 Utility and it was perfect, no "breaks" in any lines. Just to be sure the Ink flow and Priming was complete, I then ran a "Head Cleaning" also from the Epson Utility.
Finally, another "Nozzle Check" which was, again, perfect.
Per a request, made up the attached to add some detail to all this.
Best
Peter

Hey Ross,
Being an old computer company employee, I thought you might like some feedback. Your new website is GREATLY improved over the old one. I have not personally been on-line for about 2 years but you have come a long way! Your order forms auto fill as they are supposed to and even though I used my credit card, the Pay Pal option is excellent. And, I had no problems finding the right printers and carts. Easy to search and right to the product. There are now 6 printers in owned by members of my family using your carts and several friends have also seen the light. Good work. After several purchases from other non OEM ink carts, refill kits and CISs,some so so and some outright rip-off, I discovered INKJETCARTS and began to watch Rosss videos. Again, I was sceptical but something about the way Ross presented and spoke about his pruducts made me feel that there was something "Different" about this company. I ordered the latest damper kit with the newest RAT chip for the Epson 1400. Got it in like 3 days. Watched his video on filling the new carts with the flapper port. Did that sucsesfully. Installed the CHip and the filled and primed carts. Had to do one cleaning cycle, and had about a 80% good nozzle check and printed out two purge charts using the settings suggested by Ross. Once that finished, I had a perfect nozzle check. I do have the ink waste modification and re-set sorfware from Epson. Calibrated my printer / Inkjetcart Ink combo with the ColorMunki to generate custom profiles for all my papers and all is total Joy!!!!Thank you Ross, You have a customer for life. Next comes dampers or ciss for my R1900 and Arisan 725Thank you again!

I am shocked after seeing the customer comments on Ross. I thought I was his onlycustomer. He does a better job with what hedoes than anyone I have ever worked with. And, he is incredibly patient and it is not because he has nothing else to be doing. He is just a smart guy, who apparently likesto work. I am getting the impression he runsa one man shop as I never see or talk to anyone else which makes his work look evenmore amazing. I do not spend much $ with him,as I do this as a hobby and work on a prettytight budget. W/O Ross, I would be doing yardwork with a bad back.but I would never shop anywhere else
